Using Garter st throughout increase as follows:
1st to 8th Row work without increase
9th Row: k1, incr. into next st, k to last 2 sts, incr. into next st, k1
Continue in Garter st increasing every eighth row (in the manner shown in 9th Row above) until 81 rows have been worked and there are 50 sts on the needle. Work 9 more rows without increase. Cast off.
To Make Up:
Join shoulder seam for 2.5 in (6cm). Fold sleeve in half width-wise and sew into place. Join sleeve and side seams.
